A lesson Bruce Lee taught us very long time ago. Be flexible, not hardened. Just got reminded of it again today.
Drinking is often as well, more important than eating. It is essential!
Not firewater, nor hate or anger. Don‘t hold on them like burning coals - you get burnt easily otherwise.
If you can be whatever it takes, why choose to be upset, disappointed, frustrated or sad often enough for / in example consciously? Why accept or tolerate such?
Don‘t waste given time, which usually won‘t come back. Enjoy, laugh, love - live. Say something lovely, nice & uplifting more often to beings around you. Light up yours thereby and others easily - always at least…
